Former Celtic star, Kristoffer Ajer, tied the knot with his long-time partner in a beautiful ceremony in Italy.
The Norwegian defender, who now plies his trade with Brentford in the English Premier League, was surrounded by friends and family on his special day, including current Celtic star Greg Taylor.
Taylor, along with several other former Celtic teammates including Stuart Armstrong, made the journey to Italy to celebrate Ajer’s nuptials.
The camaraderie and bond formed during their time together at Celtic were evident as they shared in the joy of their former teammate’s big day.
Ajer’s time at Celtic was marked by significant achievements and growth. The towering defender joined the Scottish giants as a teenager in 2016 and established himself over time as a key figure via a loan at Kilmarnock.
His time at Celtic Park was filled with silverware, as he helped the club to numerous Scottish Premiership titles and scored the winning penalty in the quadruple treble win. The game being played inside an empty Hampden stadium.
His performances in the green and white hoops did not go unnoticed, earning him a move to the Premier League in 2021. Despite his departure, Ajer’s contribution to Celtic’s success during his tenure remains fondly remembered by the Celtic faithful.
