Celtic have a chance today against bottom-placed Hamilton to open a further gap in the SPFL table. Just like this time last year the team from Ibrox are starting their annual crumble as they scraped a bore draw yesterday against Aberdeen.

After a Glasgow Derby defeat in December and all the doom & gloom that followed Celtic now find themselves in a very favourable position, but they must take care of business today.

Neil Lennon has started 2020 with a rejuvenated looking Hoops team that now play with two strikers upfront. They look quicker and sharper in attack and nightmare to opposition defenders.

It is no surprise that today Neil Lennon has fielded more or less the exact same team with two strikers leading the attach. The only surprise in the team is the inclusion of young Stephen Welsh going straight into the starting eleven. With Bauer on the bench, Lennon has clearly seen something in the young lad to prop him up to a starting eleven spot.

  1. There is no need for our defenders to be 40 yards from our goal ,they should not be getting involved in the midfield play ,as two attackers have us caught out every time , the midfield want our defender’s up with them to back pass but its the same distance for them to get back to defend yet they will not do it
