Celtic have long moved on from Ange Postecoglou. The Australian manager left the Parkhead side to join Spurs in the summer.

The move came as a surprise to many, although the 58-year-old has not forgotten the time he spent North of the border. Postecoglou won five trophies, including a treble, with the Celts, and has recently spoken about how he felt the tension in the city when there was a Glasgow Derby.

Ange joked that he could tell what team an Amazon delivery man would support by the way he delivered a parcel. He said (Daily Record): “Being Celtic manager for a couple of years, there was only really one result that the supporters were really interested in. You got that sense pretty much every time I opened my door. I could tell whether the Amazon guy was a Rangers or Celtic supporter depending on how he delivered the package. He either threw it at me or he wanted a selfie.”

It is likely that Postecoglou would’ve gotten a fair few parcels thrown at him over the years in Glasgow. He helped secure a number of memorable results in derbies as he piled on the agony to Celtic’s city rivals.

Whether it be in the league or cup competitions, the Celts were utterly dominant over Rangers when the Aussie was at the helm. So far since his departure, such form has continued.
