His side were 2-0 victors at Tynecastle on Sunday afternoon as strikes from Kyogo and Oh ensured the points came back to Glasgow.

In the match itself, the Bhoys weren’t the best in the opening stages but came into it as it went on.

After the game, though, no one was really bothered about it with everyone focused on the fact Celtic are champions again.

Throughout the 2022/23 campaign so far, the Bhoys have been immense and when speaking to the BBC, manager Ange Postecoglou spoke about how fantastic his side has been:

“I’m just really proud of this group of players and staff. They’ve maintained an absolutely ridiculous standard this year. They are relentless in their approach.”

The motto from Postecoglou at the end of last season was that his side will come back bigger and better for 2022/23 and that has certainly been the case.

The Australian also spoke about how proud he is of his players:

“I’m immensely proud. I’ve had a great deal of support, part within the football club from Dermot Desmond to the board to the management. I’ve got an outstanding football team behind me that have trusted me. I feel really blessed for that, and for my inner circle who make a lot of sacrifices.”

Undoubtedly, it has been a terrific season for Celtic.

Throughout 2022/23, the Bhoys have never stopped and after today, Ange Postecoglou is just one win away from becoming the fifth treble winning manager in his club’s history.
