CELTIC travel to Edinburgh this weekend, with two consecutive trips to the capital on the horizon for Brendan Rodgers’ side.
First up is the trip to Tynecastle to face fourth-placed Hearts, who have been struggling for consistent form so far this season.
The 14.15 kick-off promises to be an exciting one, but it’ll be another challenge for the Hoops, as it always is.
However, Brendan Rodgers’ side has already shown that they can win in the toughest of tough places this season, and the manager will have his eyes firmly on another three points.
The refereeing team for this crucial match has been officially revealed: [SFA]
- Referee: Nick Walsh
- Assistant Referee 1 (AR1): Daniel McFarlane
- Assistant Referee 2 (AR2): Calum Spence
- Fourth Official: Colin Steven
- VAR (Video Assistant Referee): Andrew Dallas
- AVAR (Assistant VAR): Graeme Leslie
Hopefully, the officials aren’t a talking point after the match, like they were in the 4-3 match last season when Nick Walsh was also the referee.
Walsh the referee and Dallas on VAR do you think we’re getting anything from this game? If we do it’ll be because we’ve taken the ref and VAR out of the game completely. The project to stop us going further clear is most definitely on in my humble opinion.
