Former Celtic academy graduate, Calvin Miller has finally found his new club after being released by the hoops in the summer

Miller has signed for newly promoted English League Two side, Harrogate Town.

The youngster, who started off in the academy at the age of 12 worked all the way up to the first-team and made his debut for the club against Partick Thistle under former boss, Brendan Rodgers.

From a young age, Miller was one of the academy’s brightest attackers, playing off the wing. However, when Rodgers joined the club, he attempted to change the position of the 22-year old to left-back.

This is where Miller went on to play all his games for Celtic with mixed success.

Recently he has been linked with clubs such as Kansas City in the MLS and English Legaie One side Gillingham, so it is a bit surprising to see him popping up at a lower level.

In the last year of his deal, the winger picked up a nasty injury which saw him miss out on a year of football. Hopefully he is over that now and can get back to enjoying playing football once again, with Harrogate.
