The list has been whittled down from 100 to 20 and you wouldn’t believe it but there’s one Celtic star still in the running for the 2018 European Golden Boy.
Celtic’s record breaking signing Odsonne Edouard is one of the 20 nominees who could bag the prestigious award, but just to be linked with some of these great players is a testament to the man himself.
Gelson Fernandez, Justin Kluivery and Kylian Mbappe to name a few are all in the mix.
Former winners of the prestigious award include Lionel Messi, Paul Pogba and Sergio Aguero.
Kylian Mbappe won the prize last year and is heavily tipped to win it again this time around.
Edouard is making good progress with Celtic and this is some recognition that he’s certainly on the correct track
