SCOTT SINCLAIR looks set to miss this weekend’s cup final after sustaining an injury against Barcelona midweek.

The Englishman who has helped spearhead Celtic’s attack since joining from Aston Villa in the summer took a knock and didn’t reappear for the second half of Celtic’s Champions League tie.

The club has not confirmed this yet but it’s believed the player will be out for around a month with no proper timetable of when he should be back and ready to go.

It’s not just a blow for the cup final as Celtic have a hectic schedule between now and new years that see them play once every three days when we hit December.

Scott will be sorely missed as his attacking prowess has really helped the team.

Forrest or Roberts is likely to take his place on Sunday, more likely Forrest as Rodgers seems to favour him.
