FORMER Celtic striker Moussa Dembele put Arsenal to the sword today playing for Lyon after the player entered the game just after half time with the French side trailing 1-0.

Celtic and Arsenal fans have not been seeing eye to eye lately with all this ridiculous nonsense surrounding Kieran Tierney and the usual jibe that Celtic play in a pub league etc coming out.

Well, the lad who made a name for himself in that pub league just came on and put their haggard defence to the sword.

Moussa has been linked with a move to the Premier League this summer with his obvious talents shining through at Lyon – just like it did during his two-years at Celtic.

The striker would likely net Celtic a windfall should he move in the next season or two with Celtic having a sell-on clause with his current side Lyon.

Arsenal found out just how deadly a guy who played some great stuff in the SPFL can do to them. Maybe if they had a better full back they’d have won the game.

The game finished 2-1 after Moussa bagged his brace in the Emirates Cup.
