UEFA has published Celtic’s Conference League squad for the game against Bodo/Glimt later this month and it’s three in and three out for Ange Postecoglou.

After the January transfer window, the manager has rightfully reshuffled the squad. The bhoys were only allowed to register an additional three from their Europa League squad providing three dropped out of the side.

Three IN: Reo Hatate, Matt O’Riley and Daizen Maeda

Three OUT: Liam Shaw. Osaze Urhoghide, Ismaila Soro.

The parameters set mean not all new signings can be registered. Yosuke Ideguchi is the odd man out, but given he’s on the injured list, it should come as no surprise.

There’s also a B* list with homegrown players that UEFA hasn’t published. Players like Stephen Welsh and Ben Doak will be on that.

The three taken out of the squad and the three inserted show an incredible improvement in our circumstances. All three coming in will have a good chance of starting against Bodo/Glimt.

Shaw is on loan at Motherwell, Urhoghide is in Belgium with Oostende and Soro has not been a first team regular under Ange and wouldn’t have featured if he was registered.

The games are coming thick and fast for the bhoys now,
