NEIL LENNON has wasted no time in telling the Celtic board his wishlist after Kieran Tierney was sold for a record fee on Thursday.

Celtic sold their top defender to Arsenal after a summer of the London club chasing Kieran. It was always going to take a lot of money to make Celtic part with their left-back and Arsenal, in the end, put up the money.

Now Celtic have a left-back position to fill but it won’t stop there with the Irishman commenting he wants reinforcements all over the pitch!

Speaking to RecordSport after Tierney had been confirmed as a gunner, the Celtic manager clearly has big ambitions.

“We’ll look to bring another left-back in, no question.

“A right back as well. And a left winger. And a right winger. And maybe a centre forward.”

That would be five incomings but we’re not sure how serious the Celtic manager is being. After missing out on David Turnbull you would expect the club to be looking at another central midfielder.

Not sure we would need the wingers! Especially when we were happy to sell Scott Sinclair just 24 hours ago if a decent bid came in for the Englishman.
