In any other season, Celtic would have had one of their best transfer windows ever. The new Postecoglou reign racked up a dozen new signings.

Unfortunately Celtic had an exodus of experienced winners leave Paradise in the same window.

Ajer, Edouard, Christie and Scott Brown were never players that were going to be easily replaced.

Nevertheless, Celtic fans only want players at the club who are all in and not thinking of playing elsewhere.

By now fans have got a good look at what has come in the door and early signs have the Celtic faithful excited.

Celtic lost 4-3 to Betis in Seville during the week and all anyone has been talking about is loan signing Jota’s performance.

Kyogo and Abada were fan favourites just a few games into their new Celtic careers. The only player’s fans have yet to get a glimpse of in the Hoops (Celtic Hoops) are defender Liam Scales & Greek striker Giakoumakis. Giakoumakis hasn’t played a competitive game yet this season and has only done part of a pre-season with former club Venlo.

Ange has hinted that the strikers could be in contention today or if not today against Raith Rovers during the week.

With Celtic so short of attackers at the moment, the manager will be eager to start bringing in his new players.

Our League of Ireland friends have promised us that Liam Scales is a great piece of business and that he will make the grade at Paradise.

Will fans get to see these two new Bhoys at some stage today?
