CALLUM MCGREGOR has sparked Scotland’s fightback against Croatia into life by striking a ball from outside the area with his RIGHT foot. The first goal scored at a major tournament since 1998!
A superb finish has put Scotland right back in this tie.
McGregor has followed up his superb Wembley performance with a goal on Tuesday evening.

Scotland went down 1-0 to Croatia early in the first half and they looked to be in control of the game heading into half time until the ball fell to Callum outside the area.
How many times have Celtic fans watched the midfielder slot the ball into the back of the Hampden net over the past five years, seeing him do it for Scotland was absolutely superb.
It gives Scotland a chance in the second half of making it to the last 16 of the competition for the first time in our history.
Let’s hope the lads can up their game in the second half and get the all important second.
Unfortunately he then reverted to type and disappeared as he always does up against quality opposition
It’s the only thing he has done in the three games for Scotland, can’t hack it against good players.
