Celtic won 2-1 against Aberdeen on Saturday afternoon in what was fiery affair.

Celtic dominated the first half and scored the opener but it would be Aberdeen who would score an equaliser against the run of play.

In the second half, Celtic turned the screw with chance after chance. They finally retook the lead through Odsonne Edouard who calmly slotted at home. The Dons were frustrated and Cosgrove was getting more and more isolated. When he thought he was about to receive the ball from his teammate, Kristoffer Ajer pulled off an outstanding challenge and even managed to keep the ball in play.

Cosgrove chased the defender down and lost control with an outrageous challenge on Ajer, leaving the referee with no choice but to send the striker off in disgrace.

After that Celtic continued to control the game and seen the result out. Another win!
