Celtic went a goal down in Perth and looked all over the place when Odsonen Edouard decided to hulk up and put things right for the bhoys.
The Celtic striker scored in his sixth consecutive game for the club [a new record for the player] and turned this game on its head.
A quickfire double from the Hoops have put them ahead at McDermid Park and St Johnstone will be cursing the genius of the Frenchman.
Eddy had been off the boil but he’s been back with a vengeance in the past month and showing what he can do.
The cynic in me believes he knows how close it is until the summer transfer window, however, if he can continue to score goals between now and the end of the season it will at least see Celtic win more games than not.
We have a big ask trying to replace the player this summer. When Moussa left we already had Eddy to step in, this time, there’s no standout ready to take the mantle.
