Despite not starting the game, the Irishman was the Hoops’ biggest goal threat against Motherwell.

His influence in being able to hold the ball was vital in shifting the tide in undoubtedly the most pressured of situations.

Idah is certainly a striker who thrives under pressure, with his brace against Motherwell yet another moment where he proved to doubters that he is not just in Glasgow to see the season out.

Having not consistently scored goals for Norwich City, the Irishman is thriving in Celtic’s possession-based football.

With greater goal-scoring opportunities, he fits in nicely into the Hoops’ setup.
