It was at the beginning of the month when the home support rocked up to Ibrox and believed it was a question of not if but by how many Steven Gerrard’s men would win by on the day.

Celtic who have won everything before them for the past three seasons in Scotland were wrote off by many in the media and didn’t give the bhoys a chance of leaving Ibrox with even a point.

As well all know, Neil Lennon and his mean swaggered up to Ibrox – scored two and proceeded to have a party.

The Celtic TV cameras picked up those celebrations on the ground after the game with the team and support interacting with one another after full time.

When we re-shared the video on our social media page today many Celtic fans commented on something we missed the first time around. New bhoy Bauer getting bold half an hour into his Celtic career. After coming on to replace the injured Nir Bitton the Austrian put in a fine performance and even had to ride a dangerous challenge by Jordan Jones who was sent off in disgrace.

After the game he soaked in the atmosphere and as the camera followed the Celtic players heading towards the changing room – you can see Bauer turn to the home support and start waving them goodbye! What a guy! Give him a five year deal.

We’d encourage to watch the full video below but if you’re pushed for time the last 15 seconds is what you need.
