NEIL LENNON thinks the team lacked that bit of quality in the final third. The first half was a write off but the Celtic manager finally gave in and dropped his 3-5-2 for the second 45.
It worked well for the bhoys who grew into the second half and got a deserved goal to bring the tie back into play. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a second but many Celtic fans have been enthused by the second half performance.
Rogic, Christie and Moi made a massive difference.
Rogic especially looked more like the player we saw two seasons ago. Playing great passes in tight areas and helping the team on.
The Celtic manager has a big decision to make on Sunday when they visit Aberdeen. Tom Rogic has played his way into a start but will he get one?
On the night, Celtic weren’t good enough overall but again, the fight in the second half has at least shown supporters this is a team willing to put a shift in and fight for the jersey.
