It was September 2nd when Greg Taylor came through the door to sign for Celtic – who knew it would take until the 30th October before we’d finally get to see him in action.
The defender took his place in the starting XI verses St Mirren and put in a solid performance and a very energy zapping display which by the end showed.
He’s not played in so long his match fitness isn’t quite there but boy, did he put in a shift for the team. Solid in defence and good coming forward. There’s enough from tonight to see we have a player on our hands. He’s a very different option from Bolingoli but when he is fully fit not many eyebrows will be raised if either make any starting XI. Celtic fans seem pleased with the new bhoy.
Finally see Greg Taylor…and it’s a yes from me! Up and down the line all night a fired some cracking balls across the box.

I think Greg Taylor’s absolutely cream-crackered after that by the looks of it! Has played pretty well, is clearly feeling it after not playing competitive fitba for so long. Not a bad debut at all ?

Well impressed by the boy Greg Taylor. Keeps the defensive shape, can tackle, quick and good in attack. Needs more games. Great debut so far ??
