Celtic played out a thrilling 3-3 game at Ibrox on Sunday to gain a valuable point in the title race.
Many feel like it was a defeat because we led 2-0 at one point in the game, but as the dust settles, that point could be invaluable in the title run-in. It was a must not lose and Celtic were unlucky not to take all three points, Rangers’ revival kick started by Fabio Silva’s best attempt at flailing like a fish out water and VAR deciding to reward his embarrassing antics.
Away from the pulsating on field action, we wrote on Sunday about the disturbing incident in the technical area when John Kennedy was hit by missiles thrown from the stand, a Celtic spokesperson came out after the match and slammed the incident confirming Police Scotland had now intervened and were investigating the matter.

Eight Celtic fans were injured the last time Celtic took up an away allocation at Ibrox due to missiles being thrown from above. Our reporter, in the stands on that day, watched as one Celtic fan was hit with a glass bottle needing on the spot medical attention for a head wound.
Rangers football club are always very quick to come out when they feel other clubs have fallen below a standards of basic decency and humanity against their own fans or players, yet the silence today from them is disappointing and frustrating in equal measures.
This cannot continue without serious repercussions. Rangers football club need to send a very strong message to their supporters that this can’t be tolerated and we certainly can’t wait until one of these missiles hits a player and does serious long term damage.
What’s more, we’re about to se a return of substantial away supporters in the Glasgow Derby from next season. Celtic fans again become sitting ducks if message from Rangers isn’t unequivocal.
We would implore the Ibrox club and the SFA to put the strongest sanctions possible, publicly on the culprits and make an example out of anyone trying to do serious harm.
As long as you keep slurping the soup with the continuity myth , ie , not calling them by their proper name but rather the dead clubs name , then this will keep happening.
