ANGE POSTECOGLOU’s former assistant Peter Cklamovski has claimed that the Celtic manager is one of the best in the business but has admitted he’ll soon be in the Premier League to prove it.

The Aussie gaffer has been linked to numerous jobs Down South since he guided Celtic to the league title in his first season as manager, but Postecoglou seems to be committed to Celtic.

The club is viewed as a project by Ange Postecoglou; with European success on the manager’s mind, it doesn’t feel like a move away from Celtic is on his mind.

His former assistant, who he spent 15 years working with at Melbourne Victory, Australia’s national team and Yokohama F. Marinos, has tipped him for a move down south so that Ange can prove he’s a top manager. He said: [Tribal Football]

“I’ve been blessed to have worked with Ange spanning over a 15 year period. Obviously there has been strong interest for Ange recently. I’ve been saying this for over a decade but Ange is one of the best managers in the world. He is showing his quality in the Celtic role.

“He loves Celtic and is doing an amazing job there. He will prove that he is one of the best managers in the world in the English Premier League also. I’m sure this will happen at the right time for all parties.”

If Ange can continue taking Celtic forward in Europe, playing his attacking football, he’ll prove to the world how good a coach he is, he doesn’t need a move down south.
