Celtic’s next game will another trip to Ibrox with nothing really at stake apart from stopping the home sides unbeaten run in the league.

That should be incentive enough for the team, but at this point, I don’t know what could motivate them.

John Kennedy’s selection against Aberdeen was nothing short of shocking.

Playing the same old players, and many who will not be here next season.

Giving some of our fringe players a start would be beneficial to their development.

Soro not playing in front of Brown is as ridiculous as it gets.

Brown has been an incredible servant for Celtic but as his Celtic career winds down, he should step aside and let Soro get more game time.

Kennedy has not started Soro once since becoming the interim boss. Given we’ve looked sluggish and overrun in the midfield, putting the young centre-mid into the starting XI could give us some more energy.

But is John brave enough to make changes? The guys he’s picking right now are hardly doing the business

  1. JK has his ‘We’re all Neil Lennon’ cut out mask on. The ghost of Neil Lennon still continues to haunt The Hoops. Neil was a guy under pressure to conform and to win. Both of which he had no problem doing on the field of play. But he did let his trainers have free reign with players not listening to either. Hence the hit and miss problems remain.

  2. Are you seriously blaming brown for what’s going on in the squad? McGregor has been infinitely worse than brown this season. Soro should be in ahead of McGregor.
There are far worse culprits than brown. He’s putting the effort in, but edouard, Christie, Kennedy, laxalt, McGregor, Griffiths, ajeti should all be shown the door before the season ends. None of them should play for the club again.
Scott brown is the only leader in the squad and idiots want to pin the blame on him when calmac hasn’t broken a sweat all season.

    • Didn’t you know that you are not allowed to criticise McGregor?!

I 100% agree with you, the thought that Calmac will be Broonie’s replacement as captain brings me out in a cold sweat.

The guy shouldn’t even make the team & has barely kicked a ball since Brendan left yet plays every game and is never subbed.

McGregor has shown zero leadership abilities and is posted missing every time we play a decent team, i can’t recall any good games v Sevco for instance.

Need to keep Turnbull, Soro, Moi thats about it, move the rest out the door, if we can, still think Barkas could be a good keeper under a manager who believes in him

      Massive rebuilding job needed,
