BBC man David Ornstein who appears to be close to whoever at Arsenal is pushing for the Kieran Tierney deal says the London club still retain an interest despite the injury currently held by the left-back.
There are just two days to go of the Premier League window and Arsenal are set to offload Laurent Koscielny to Bordeaux in a £5m move. This gets some serious wages off their books BUT it means they are now in need of another centre-half more than a left-back at this moment in time.
Fee agreed between Arsenal & Bordeaux for Laurent Koscielny is up to €5m max. Medical as we speak, contract needs finalising. #AFC hope to sign a centre-back + retain Kieran Tierney interest despite injury. Carl Jenkinson to Nottingham Forest talks advanced #FCGB #CelticFC #NFFC

Kieran has been the subject of two bids from the London club to date and both were rejected by Celtic. The player has been keeping his head down and getting on with his rehab this summer as he looks to get back to playing football.
It’s anyone’s guess if Arsenal will come in with a third and final bid before the Premier League deadline. Time to hold our breath.
