CELTIC lost 3-2 in the under-18 Glasgow Cup Final on Thursday night with the bhoys unlucky on the night against their Ibrox counterparts.

We got flashes of the future with Barry Coffey, Liam Hughes, Karamoko Dembele and Armstong Oko-Flex to name a few and they will learn from the game.

One thing they definitely learned was the Ibrox club will go to any lengths to time waste if they’re winning! The BBC posted a video of the moment one of the young Ibrox lads twice came back onto the park while he was down “injured” in an attempt to try and stop play with Celtic on the attack.

But Celtic weren’t having it and neither was the referee.

At that point in the game, Celtic were piling on the pressure and looking for an equaliser so any pressure they could take off themselves they were trying.

The bhoys did have the ball in the back of the net with two minutes to go but it was ruled out because the ball had just gone over the line for a goal kick before the ball was crossed.
