Reports in Denmark say Brondby have contacted Celtic about a possible loan move for Celtic striker Teemu Pukki.
Teemu is on the periphery of the squad this season and has failed to score on a regular basis since coming to Celtic.
Brondby were said to be confident last night of getting their man but may have worries this morning after Celtic missed out on their top signing target. This deal may hinge on Celtic signing a striker before the deadline tonight. If the club let the player go then it would further deplete Celtic’s already misfiring forward line.
It’s a race against time now for Celtic to do business both ins and outs.
