International week is almost over and for some, they’re already on their way back to Celtic ahead of a massive tie this Sunday against Steven Gerrard’s men.
If the bhoys win they create a thirteen point gap at the top of the table with very few games remaining so for Celtic they must be at their best.
After losing Brendan Rodgers to Leicester the players have lost their way and Neil Lennon is trying to tweak things to put his own stamp on the team in the games he’s managed so far.
One thing we haven’t seen from the Irishman yet is Celtic winning comfortably. Two winds have been very late winners, we’ve had a draw against Aberdeen and perhaps it was the Hibs game in the Scottish Cup which was a little more comfortable but still, Celtic can be much better.
With players coming back from injury, Lennon must decide if any of them can come in straight away after being out for a long time and make an impact. While Tom Rogic is talented and Ntcham bossed the last Glasgow Derby at Parkhead, scoring the winner, the lack of match sharpness could come back to bite them if either start.
It’s why the manager is here, he has to make the big decisions and can he do what he’s not done yet since his return and win comfortably?
