CELTIC are set to host their second Glasgow derby of the season. Heading into the game, the Hoops are looking to get revenge on their rivals. Postecoglou’s side failed to put on a show at Hampden but will look to make matters right on Sunday.

In the league, Celtic have won the last two derby encounters; they’re looking to make this three.

If Celtic win the game on Sunday, they will extend their lead at the top to nine points, with as many points left to play for. Winning would also lift the Bhoys’ goal difference from 19. So a win would wrap up the league for Postecoglou’s side.

After receiving a nomination for the PFA player of the year, Callum McGregor previewed the game with Sky Sports. The midfielder knows what the game could mean to Celtic and is looking to replicate previous displays but recognises that The Rangers will take a different approach to the game.

The midfielder said;

“Every game is different. The performance we put in that night, we were three up at halftime, and the game was pretty much done at that point.

“Like I said, every game’s different. There will be a different approach I’m sure, from Rangers, and then we’ll have to change our approach a little bit to the game.

“I think it’ll be a tighter game, but, of course, we’re going in the mind to really go and try to win the game, be aggressive and put our stamp on the game.

“I think that was missing in the last game we played, so we’ll be trying to get back to that as much as we can and implement our style.”

The turnaround this season has been down to Ange and the Celtic captain overseeing so many changes to key personnel and helping it all gel together.
