IF you’re wondering how you’ll be able to watch Celtic this weekend it WON’T be on Sky Sports or the Celtic FC Pass.

The season ticket pass only covers home games while Sky Sports have opted not to show the away day fixture on any of their channels.

It leaves only one option for supporters; PPV via Ross County TV and it will cost £15 for the privilege.

We, as a site, have already voiced our displeasure at the scenario. Celtic fans are paying a lot of money to follow their club already in these unique times and having to fork out £15 for another game after spending money on a full season ticket, Sky Sports and Premier Sports.

It’s little wonder so many head over to IPTV to try their luck.

It’s frustrating because it’s not really either clubs fault. County can’t give it to Celtic fans for nothing if they charge their own support and Celtic don’t have the rights to the game to air it for their supporters.

Sky Sports can shoulder the blame here, refusing to air the game for Scottish football subscribers.

  1. Thousands of us have paid out hundreds of pounds each for season tickets – the club could and should cover the cost of this and include it in the Pass to Paradise. Same goes for St Mirren next week.

  2. So Celtic charge for there home games, then charge sky for home games also , but don’t charge primer sports away fans money to watch Celtic in Europe on Celtic tv.
