Celtic put in the performance of the season tonight at Celtic Park against Dundee in a 7-1 win.
The Hoops have struggled to score goals at home and put teams away at times this season.
However, against Dundee, there was no chance of Celtic wasting the chances they were given in front of goal.
Yang Hyun-jun showed the Parkhead faithful why he is the Bhoys’ best option off the right wing with his link-up play alongside Alistair Johnston and Matt O’Riley, evident in an immense performance from all involved.
O’Riley appeared to be involved in every aspect of the game, scoring and providing two assists.
Greg Taylor was also heavily involved with two assists and a goal himself, with the Scottish defender’s creative and goal-scoring threat causing Dundee problems.
Brendan Rodgers himself will also take plaudits for Celtic’s performance, despite some questioning in recent weeks whether he could turn around Celtic’s form after lackluster displays at times this season.
The Irishman’s calmness and self-belief as a manager mean that, despite noise outside the club, he will continue to believe in his coaching methods, with tonight serving as an example of what can happen when Celtic play at their best.
