Celtic Ignoring Major Transfer Issue

CELTIC look no further down the road in bringing ANY players in this window to give the club, players and fans a boost.

It’s incredible to believe there are men at our club who don’t think the goalkeeping situation needs to be addressed.

It doesn’t matter what you’ve spent on Barkas, the lad hasn’t done it and he looks like a rabbit in the headlights. Scott Bain is an OK number two and Conor Hazard’s rough edges needs major sanding.

Instead of looking to bring in a goalkeeper and two centre backs to help steady the ship, we’re sitting here on a weekend where we haven’t got a game wondering what’s going on with the manager.

The transfer window has been buried under the Dubai trip, Neil Lennon’s future, self-isolation and Neil Lennon’s attack on the media.

Where are the signings? Where is the help this team needs?

You can argue the league is over, so there’s no point, but Celtic must bring that deficit down as much as possible. We need to take some pride in our performances and get results. To be consistent we need a better goalkeeper and we need at least one centre-back.
