When we often worry about bad decisions being made we’re usually talking about a player being dropped or included or something to do with tactics etc.

However, as we looked over some of the pictures of our previous visits to Easter Road as of late we broke out in a cold sweat when we seen that weirdly dark pink and black number New Balance had concocted as a third strip.

When Celtic take on Hibs away from home there’s no chance the bhoys will be in their Hoops with the colour clash so it defaults to their away kit. Last year we couldn’t use our away kit either because it also clashed with the Hibs strip. This left us using the pink jersey which seemed like a jinx at times when we wore the ensemble.

Thankfully, this season there would be no clash with the Hibs jersey if Celtic were to use their away shirt which is the yellow and green kit that pays homage to the kit back in the Henrik Larsson/Martin O’Neill era.

However, with the third kit not been wore yet this season and New Balance still hoping to flog some more of them – Celtic must resist the temptation to bring out that awful Grey and Pink jersey New Balance have inflicted upon us.

It has to be one of the worst jersey’s in our history and the less we see of it the better.

Ultimately, it’s down to the players on the park but given the choice – get the yellow jersey’s on and let’s smash Hibs!
