After it was revealed Celtic are working with the Scottish Rugby Union to get supporters back into venues in Scotland, steps are being taken for Murrayfield or Celtic Park to hold trials in a bid to make the breakthrough and start the process of bringing fans back into sport.

Scotland entered phase two this week but not everything promised in phase 2 has been delivered due to the high potential of a resurge. Sport is allowed to come back, but behind closed doors for the moment.

Celtic are leading the way when it comes to SPFL teams, exploring the best ways to get at least some fan attendance back in August/September.

RecordSport reports the club are in talks with the Scottish government corona experts to hold significant trials and look at the science and safety behind fans getting into grounds.

We’re a long way from a sold out Celtic Park but if phases can be introduced, Celtic have always said they want to get their fans back in asap.
