Yes, ladies, it’s true! Tom Rogic will officially be off the market as he gets betrothed to one lucky lady.
Confirming the wedding, Australia boss Graham Arnold said he afforded Tom the opportunity to sit out their doubleheader this month in order to get married.
“I’ve had regular discussions with Tom since he had what was a season of injuries last year and he’s only just now coming back and building himself up slowly for what will be a big year ahead.” Arnold told RecordSport.
“Instead of linking up with us, he will use this break to get married.
“He’ll pretty much go straight back into pre-season training with Celtic from the Copa America, so we agreed he will get married in this window, given we didn’t expect him to be fully fit.”
Tom has been injured since pre-season and has only come back into the fold recently. The midfielder has made three appearances for the bhoys; one full 90 minutes against Partick Thistle in the League Cup and two brief sub appearances in the Scottish Premiership.
The Celtic star will come back a new man and he’ll need to hit the ground running after the wedding with Ryan Christie out the next two SPFL games through suspension
