CELTIC host Ross County on Saturday, their first Saturday match since January. Heading into the split, the team can expect to have more Saturday games, a pleasing aspect for many supporters.

Celtic have faced the Dingwall side twice this season, both resulting in wins. Celtic eased to a 3-0 victory against the side at home, but it was a more complex task in Dingwall. A 97th minute Ralston goal won Celtic the three points.

Celtic need to take all three points to increase their advantage at the top before their rivals play on Sunday. Ross County might be one of the few teams that try to play football against Celtic, especially with their recent goal-scoring form.

Where and When

Celtic Park will host the sold-out match, kick-off at 3 pm on Saturday 19th of March.

Referee

Don Robertson will be the man in the middle. Hopefully, his performance doesn’t match Beaton’s on Monday night. Running the lines at Parkhead will be David McGeachie and Dougie Potter, and the Fourth Official will be Dan McFarlane.

Team News

David Turnbull has returned to training; however, it’s unlikely that the player starts. After such a lengthy spell out, it’ll be surprising if he is included in the matchday squad.

Kyogo is still injured with his return date set for the international break.

Postecoglou is hopeful of welcoming Jota and Abada back to the squad after they missed the trip to Tannadice.
