Ange Postecoglou isn’t short of selections up front for Celtic and may face a conundrum in the coming weeks.

Yesterday, he started with what would be considered as the strongest front three at his disposal.

It’s easy to forget that Daizen Maeda and Kyogo haven’t played a lot of football together due to the timing of the injury which Kyogo suffered just before new year.

The only forward players who could be considered for a starting place also came on as subs yesterday with Giakoumakis having the best chance to get on the goal scoring sheet.

Many Celtic fans prefer to see Jota down the left hand side with Maeda initially starting the game there before the manager made them switch on more than one occasion.

It gives Postecoglou a flexibility but will many will be wondering how effective it will be in the long run.

At this present point, I believe that the three forwards who started the game yesterday are the best at the club but wouldn’t be surprised to see Postecoglou shake things up a bit at Dingwall on Saturday.

He has continually emphasised the point that a strong squad is needed and may look to tweak a few things for the game at Dingwall.
