After winning the first silverware of the season after beating Rangers in the final of the Viaplay Cup at Hampden, here’s a look ahead to Celtic’s next five fixtures.

Ange Postecoglou’s side will first visit Paisley to take on St Mirren on Sunday and the game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports at midday. The Buddies remain the only side to have beaten the league leaders this season back in September.

Celtic will hope to retain their nine point advantage at the top of the table after this weekend but know Sunday shall be a tough challenge against a side who had a right good go when they last visited Celtic Park in the Scottish Cup fifth round.

The Hoops haven’t played a midweek fixture since the beginning of February but will talk on Hearts three days after the St Mirren match.

Postecoglou has said that the squad has been building towards two fixtures in the space of a week and will likely want to give some players minutes.

It’s a double delight as a few days later, Celtic will travel through to Edinburgh to take on the Jambos in the Scottish Cup and will again want to book a day out at Hampden as they set their sights on a potential treble.

Due to cup rules, the Hoops will receive the full Roseburn Stand for the match meaning there will be a much larger Celtic support than on previous visits [Read more here].

The players will then have a week off before they take on Hibs on Saturday 18 March which will be the last fixture before the international break.

Celtic will resume after the international break with a visit north to Dingwall which shall be the thirtieth league fixture as the split draws closer.
