Neil Lennon has given an injury update on Christopher Jullien after the Frenchman got a nasty knock during the win at Hamilton.
Neil Lennon thought the centre-back was knocked out briefly but the manager revealed he was wrong after the game and Christopher didn’t blackout.
This means Jullien should be okay for his return to France on Thursday with the game against Rennes looming.
Neil Lennon also confirmed to Alison Conroy that Mikey Johnston WON’T make the game in France after being hopeful he’ll be ready for the tie.
This means it could be another start for Mohamed Elyounoussi and another chance to impress for the loan player who got an assist three minutes into his Celtic career.
The bhoys have won five out of five in the SPFL so far this season and have been going about their business well. Rennes presents a unique opportunity to see how Celtic do against a side who took points off PSG earlier this term.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon says Chris Jullien was knocked out briefly but should be ok for Thursday. He says the Rennes game will come too soon for Mikey Johnston.
