The countdown is on as Ange Postecoglou’s men prepare to face Hearts at Tynecastle on Sunday, May 7th with the chance to clinch their second league title in a row. But unfortunately, the anticipation of this momentous occasion has been dampened by Hearts’ decision last season to reduce Celtic’s allocation for their visits to just 1,400 tickets, CeltsAreHere can confirm.

Unlike last season when Dundee Utd decided to effectively rent out the stadium to Celtic fans as they closed in on the title, it will be unlikely Hearts will show even a quarter of that generosity.

It is a shame that so few of them will be able to witness what could be another famous Celtic moment.

The Celtic fans may be outnumbered on the day, but they will still make themselves heard. The players will feel the support from their fans, whether they are there in the stands or elsewhere.

Ange Postecoglou’s men have been outstanding this season, playing some of the best football in the league. They have shown resilience, grit, and determination, scoring for fun and leaving very little encouragement to our rivals.

It is a testament to the team’s spirit and character that they have come so far since the start of the season – even losing two key players in Juranovic and Giakoumakis in January was not enough to derail the charge. Ange Postecoglou said the bhoys were going to come back bigger and better, and he’s been true to his word.

This is a team that deserves to win the league, and they will do everything in their power to make it happen. Even with a reduced support at Tynecastle, the bhoys in green will be fired up and ready to go.

While the reduced allocation for the Hearts match is disappointing, it should not detract from what this Celtic team has achieved this season. They have played some exceptional football, and they have shown that they have what it takes to be champions. Let us hope that Ange Postecoglou’s men can clinch the title on May 7th and celebrate their success with the fans. Hail Hail!
