CELTIC have today announced the signing of young Tobi Oluwayemi on a three-year deal.

The young goalie is being billed as one for the future and will immediately join Celtic’s developmental side.

Trained with Spurs up until now the player will come into the club and hope to develop over the next few seasons.

Tobi has been capped 7 times for the England under 16 side.

Celtic have been looking to beef up their developmental squad after waving goodbye to a few of the mainstays in that side.

Right now, the young players don’t have a league to play in with the club pulling out of the ill-fated reserve league after just one season of the revamp.

It makes more sense for Celtic to loan out their young players rather than keep them at the club and play meaningless fixtures while training.

Anyone who wants to make it at Celtic needs to be put in high pressure situations early in their career to sink or swim.
