CELTIC will have to dust themselves off and chalk the Hibs game down to a day where it just didn’t go our way. From a freak own goal to a shocking refereeing performance – it was poor from the bhoys.

Neil Lennon has tried to jam all his best midfielders into a starting XI twice this season and both times the bhoys have not won the game.

Bringing Ntcham in after his mid-week performance and pushing Christie out, displacing the Scot is something that shouldn’t be repeated. You need to be brave enough to drop one of the bhoys on the day whether that’s Brown, McGregor or Christie if you want Ntcham in the side.

Celtic were off the pace and allowed Hibs to make the game scrappy. The referee didn’t help and wasn’t interested in giving Celtic anything – even though footage shows otherwise

It’s a frustrating afternoon in a game we did enough in to win, yet find ourselves two points down.

We move on quickly to the Cluj tie on Thursday night at Celtic Park – ironically the side Celtic were beaten by when Lennon tried to jam Oli into the team at the expense of Callum McGregor on that occasion.
