Footage of ALFREDO MORELOS embarrassingly throwing himself to the ground during Celtic’s win over The Rangers at Hampden Park on Sunday has been circulating on social media over the past 48 hours.

The clip shows Alistair Johnston make an effort to take the ball from the Rangers man, but instead, the Columbina takes a massive touch, booting the ball out of play. He then proceeded to jump into Johnston before clutching his foot after rolling around a few times.

If my memory serves me correctly, Nick Walsh called for a foul here. Admittedly, it was one of the very few mistakes in the game from the referee. He had a solid game, and not many fans have complained about his performance. He got the few big decisions right, and VAR didn’t have to interfere.

After a former referee called out Abada for diving, you’d assume the same former referee would be all over Morelos, as well as asking for a sending-off, right?

  1. Don’t remember the incident, but I do remember the ground shaking and I live 30 miles from Hampden. The penny is finally beginning to drop where Morelos is concerned with the hordes although a brace against Killie and he’ll be worth 25 million again.

  2. Looks like an audition for Starsky and Hutch.
Anyone who can act like that must be worth
their weight in gold and by Jesus there’s
some weight there. The Rangers are onto a winner there.
