Kristoffer Ajer has tonight completed his move to Brentford, the club have now confirmed.
Thank you for the #QuadrupleTreble memories Kris, and best of luck for the future! ?

This move has been on the cards for quite some time. Kristoffer wasn’t part of Celtic’s Euro squad pool to take on Midtjylland and hadn’t featured at all for Ange Postecoglou.
The manager made it clear he was only interested in dealing with players who wanted to be here and Ajer had made it clear his sights were set on a Celtic exit.
The defender has frown up at Celtic, winning trophies and becoming a top defender in his own right.
The Norwegian came in as a 17-year-old prospect and was developed into a first team player over time.
There’s no doubt the Ajer has improved significantly and is ready to pit his wits against attackers of a higher calibre in the English Premier League.
In all honesty, more established EPL clubs have missed a trick in not signing Ajer ahead of Brentford. The newly promoted side have got themselves a great player for a good price by EPL standards.
We can only wish Kris all the best for the future and hope Celtic spend the transfer money on this rebuild.
