Forgotten Celtic man Hyeon-gyu Oh has made a surprise appearance in a prediction of what Manchester United’s starting lineup may look like in five years.
The South Korean frontman has been sent into the abyss in Glasgow amid Adam Idah’s impactful loan spell.
Oh has not been in a matchday squad since mid-March and hasn’t played since a 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock on the 17th of February. Indeed, since he returned from the Asian Cup, the 23-year-old has managed just 25 minutes of first-team action.
Contracted at the club until 2028, it remains to be seen what Oh’s long-term future looks like.
Brendan Rodgers doesn’t rate him at the minute but that has not stopped him from making it into a predicted United lineup that came from popular game Football Manager:
We simulated Football Manager to see how Man Utd could rebuild over the next five years… 🧱

If this team is to become a reality, Oh needs to buck up his ideas. Although it is difficult to get into the Celtic squad ahead of players like Idah and Kyogo, one assumes the treble-winner could at least make the bench.
He isn’t, though, and what lies ahead for him in the summer will be intriguing.
I’d leave me phone in dressing room not unless he’s learning dosent look good
