Former Celtic left-back and academy graduate Kieran Tierney has signed a new long-term bumper deal with English Premier League side Arsenal.
Since joining the Gunners back in the summer of 2019, Tierney has become a crucial player in the squad, which has pushed Arsenal to get him signed up to a brand new deal that will see him receive a big pay-rise.

KT is an inspiration for what young players at the Celtic academy can do. Coming back from adversity, the 24-year old then went on to win everything that he competed for at the Hoops, including many individual awards.
Now, the full-back is starring on the big stage and is being touted as one of the best left-back talents in Europe at the moment, also putting in big performances at the Euros this summer for Scotland.
It is always good to see former players going elsewhere and doing well, showing what playing for a club such as Celtic can do for your career. But when it comes to players like Kieran Tierney, it is that bit better with him being a fan just like you and me.
Lad deserves it. Wanted to challenge himself in a better leauge and has proven himself.
