Many of you will remember Stefan Johansen who was brought in under Neil Lennon half way through his last season but was Celtic player of the year in 2015 during Ronny Deila’s first season at the club.

The midfielder was an absolute grafter but the biggest season he has with us was the 2015 campaign when he scored 12 goals for the club on their way to a double.

The Norweigan has been at Fulham since he was sold by the club when Brendan Rodgers first came in as Celtic boss. However, he’s been surplus to requirements under Scott Parker and he’s been looking for a way out of the London club.

RecordSport claim the player is close to signing for Mark Warbuton’s QPR down in the Championship in a bid to get more game time and revive his career.

Johansen would be tasked with trying to keep QPR away from the relegation zone, the club are toiling under the former Ibrox boss.
