Former England international and Manchester Utd goalkeeper Ben Foster brought up the greatest atmosphere he’s ever played in for a podcast – and unsurprisingly Celtic come out on top for the Englishman.

Speaking about the night he was in goals for Manchester Utd at Celtic Park, Foster explained to The Fozcast how much the Celtic Park crowd got to him.

The game in question ended 1-1 with Scott McDonald grabbing the goal for Celtic while Ryan Giggs got the equaliser.

Foster explained how he felt the Celtic crowd helps suck the ball into the net for their team on European nights.

Celtic are known the world over for their fans. The European nights are special and Foster talking about the Celtic crowd has us chomping at the bit to get a full house back into Celtic Park.

We are gradually being allowed more fans into the ground. The West Ham game will have 18,500 before our next home against Dundee which will have 24,500. Soon after we could go back to full capacity. Fingers crossed it all goes to plan.

Hopefully there will be sold out European nights in our not too distant future.
