ST MIRREN fans showed solidarity with the Celtic supporters who are trying to effect change within the Scottish game after the Paisley support displayed a ‘Twenty’s plenty’ banner at Celtic Park on Wednesday night.

This comes after a Celtic fan group started the call for EVERY club across Scotland to charge an away support just £20 maximum per ticket to encourage people to travel to the games.

Celtic fans have been criticised and been told to look closer to home when shouting about ticket prices. The people throwing judgment clearly not grasping the Celtic support don’t set the away ticket prices at Celtic Park.

The fans group has displayed the banners at a few grounds around Scotland and has also displayed a banner at Celtic Park – sending a message to the board.

St Mirren fans last night joined the fight after having to pay one of the highest away ticket prices in the Scottish game at Celtic Park. Quite right, all supporters group should get involved and make the club’s charge supporters a reasonable, flat rate.
