HEARTS have confirmed the signing of former Celtic star Gary Mackay-Steven but they made sure not to show him in the green and white hoops during his unveiling.
GMS spent over a year at New York City FC after leaving Aberdeen for a new adventure. The player worked under his former boss Ronny Deila but they decided not to keep him on after the end of the US season.
He’s been a free agent since departing NYC and has now found himself back in Scotland, with the Edinburgh outfit.
His welcome video had a severe lack of Celtic clips, but as you can imagine, their fans probably wouldn’t like to see that.

Gary becomes the second ex-Celt to sign for Hearts this season with Craig Gordon already at the club.
The goalkeeper came up against his former side in the Scottish Cup Final from last season; Craig was bested by his Celtic understudy, Conor Hazard at Hampden back in December.
We wish GMS all the best with his move but when Hearts are promoted and they come up against Celtic, we hope he has a nightmare!
