Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart was full of praise for the Celtic support after this afternoon’s 3-0 win over Hearts.
Hart made sure to highlight his admiration for the Celtic support with a post on Instagram.
The Englishman undoubtedly has played his part in Celtic’s recent run of form, with big saves when it mattered most, and this afternoon was no different.
With Hart set to retire at the end of the season, he has not let this affect his performances on the pitch at all.
Hart has simply been a class act at Celtic from start to finish.
Coming in off the back of Vasilios Barkas, he had to stabilise the Celtic defence, and he did, ending his career in style in Glasgow with a resurgence under both Ange Postecoglou and Brendan Rodgers this season.
Hart will leave the club with everyone’s best wishes, likely going down as one of the best English goalkeepers of all time.
One thing that sets Hart apart is his personality; he gets what it means to play for a football club, making sure to develop a strong relationship with supporters.
