CELTIC have four games before the winter shutdown and the Christmas fixtures kick-off on Wednesday evening as the bhoys look to get back to winning ways.

After smashing Killie 5-1 just ten days ago, the bhoys have followed it up with two losses on the bounce. Salzburg were too good on Thursday evening and Hibernian took advantage of Celtic playing a very different system because of injuries.

Key players such as Tom Rogic, Ryan Christie and Kieran Tierney were left out of the side for the Edinburgh trip and it came back to haunt them.

Christie is set to be welcomed back into the fold for Celtic’s after Christmas fixtures against Aberdeen and The Rangers while Tom is expected to start against Motherwell.

Kieran Tierney has been suffering from a hip problem and news out of the Celtic camp suggest Rodgers is still unsure if he wants to risk his top defender for the Motherwell game according to RecordSport.

Emilio Izaguirre is there if Rodgers believes KT needs extra time to recover.
